Refund Policy

At Offgreed, we offer a 7-day refund policy from the date of delivery.

To be eligible for a refund:

• unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with all tags and packaging intact.
  
• 7 days of receiving your order.
  

To initiate a return, please email us at offgreedstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once we receive and inspect the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Please Note:

• Shipping charges are non-refundable.
• We do not accept returns on discounted or sale items.
• Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
