Offgreed Shopping Policy

Welcome to Offgreed! We’re thrilled to have you shop with us. Below is our shopping policy to ensure that your experience is smooth, easy, and enjoyable.

1. Ordering

Placing Orders: Simply browse through our collection and add the items you wish to purchase to your cart. Once you've finalized your selections, proceed to checkout. You will be prompted to provide your shipping details and payment information.

Order Confirmation: After placing your order, you’ll receive an email confirmation with your order details. If you do not receive an email, please contact us immediately.

2. Payment Methods

We accept the following payment options:

Credit/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express)

Net Banking (via leading Indian banks)

UPI Payments

Cash on Delivery (COD) (available for selected areas)

3. Shipping & Delivery

Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 1-3 business days from the time of purchase.

Shipping Time: Delivery can take between 5-7 business days within India, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: We offer free shipping on all orders above 1500 ₹. For orders below this amount, a nominal shipping fee will be applied.

International Shipping: Currently, we only ship within India. For international shipping, please contact us at offgreedstore@gmail.com.

4. Returns & Exchanges

Returns: We accept returns within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be in their original, unused condition with all tags intact.

Exchanges: Exchanges are allowed for the same product, based on availability, if the size is wrong or the product is defective.

Non-Returnable Items: Sale items, custom/limited edition products, and gift cards are non-returnable.

Return Process: To initiate a return or exchange, please contact us at offgreedstore@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. We will guide you through the process.

5. Refunds

Refunds will be processed once the returned product has been received and inspected. Refunds will be credited back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.

If the original payment method is unavailable, we will issue a store credit.
